First Time using Twitter

So as the Title says, this is the first ever time I have used twitter and made an account.

Surprising, I know.

I think the main reason I never used twitter before was because I never really found a need for it. Even throughout high school, I always talked with my friends and if there was something interesting on twitter (like Donald Trump's) I would get second hand information off of them, so I never needed my own.

Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm following people who seem interesting, as well as retweeting posts that caught my attention.

I think twitter is super interesting now that I got to use it. It is super easy to look up someone's twitter and then look at their retweets or mentions and go look at new people that have related interests. So far, I only followed a dozen or so accounts outside of classmates, but I think that number will easily increase as I continue using it.

What I think is a shame is that a lot of news and science twitters are full of covid-19 and vaccine post (as they should be). But it really gets kind of monotonous with everyone talking about the same thing, luckily not everyone is doing that same.

Hey Justin, your blog post was a very entertaining read. It was smart of you to break up your sentences in bits like that, it makes the overall post more digestible. Keep it up!
