Final Blog

To start with, I'm going to say that this quarter, there was a lot of stuff going on, but it was still a fruitful experience. Two thing that really changed how I looked at things, were research articles, and social media. Research Articles I used to think were only for super smart people, but they really were not that bad. It turns out that there are ways to figure out all the information being presented without being lost. Social Media is also similar, in that I never thought of it as a good place to find information. But as it turned out, there are plenty of credible sources that can be found on Twitter, that I found super useful.

I think overall, I did pretty well in the class. As a moderately proficient writer, I did not expect to do very well; but as it turned out, it was less intense than I thought. My writing still has a long way to go, but I think I can go into the future with more confidence in my writing. I think later on, I have to continue with connecting my writing with the proper topics and with each other. I also aim to be able to analyze sources faster. Both of these are things I plan to work on the next time I write.

I think some of the things I will do to practice would be to read more articles. It is something super easy that I can do to inform myself on current matters, as well as a way to practice analyzing quickly.
